1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, software, APIs, and consulting services provided by OctaTechno ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of our platform and services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

OctaTechno provides enterprise artificial intelligence integration, automated workflow orchestration, ticket routing architectures, custom integrations, and managed operations infrastructure. Specific terms regarding deliverables, milestone timelines, SLAs, and fees are defined in individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, platform architecture, core software engines, documentation, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and branding created or provided by OctaTechno remain the exclusive intellectual property of OctaTechno and its licensors. Clients retain sole ownership of their proprietary business data and bespoke deliverables explicitly assigned under executed contracts.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OctaTechno services or infrastructure to:

• Violate any applicable local, federal, or international laws, trade restrictions, or export controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any core component of our proprietary orchestration software.
• Deploy automated scrapers, denial-of-service attacks, or malicious bots against our infrastructure or any third-party system via our pipelines.
• Transgress upon the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights of any individual or entity.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

While OctaTechno strives for a 99.9% uptime record on production workflows, our standard web platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency patches will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OctaTechno, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access or inability to access our services.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in our corporate filings, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

8. Amendments and Notifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be posted on this page with an updated modification timestamp. Continued use of our platforms constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
